All art prints are carefully placed in protective acid-free sleeves and shipped in rigid, stay-flat mailers or heavy-duty tubes to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
What kind of paper and ink do you use?
We use gallery-grade, archival matte paper and fade-resistant pigment inks. This ensures that your Lauren Taylor Illustrations retain their vibrant colors and detail for decades.
Do the prints come with frames?
Currently, our illustrations are sold as unframed prints. This allows you the flexibility to choose a frame that perfectly matches your home's unique decor style.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new art. If your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you accept custom illustration commissions?
